Extension and Full Renovation

Paul was recommended to us and the recommendation was not disappointing. He has undertaken a HUGE job of a complete refurbishment on a 4 bedroom house and a single story extension. His work is always of a high standard; in fact I would say that Paul is a perfectionist. All of the other trades (plumber, electrician, plasterers) that he works with are good tradesmen and have friendly happy dispositions. Although there were problems with the plans for the extension and sewer pipes running underneath the extension area, Paul was able to think outside the box and come up with solutions to the problems. We are very pleased with the finished work and would highly recommend Paul’s Property Services ltd. He is a really hard worker and keeps you informed at every stage of the job.
