So, How do we work?
From the first call regarding your project, we will then arrange a date and time for an onsite meeting. After we have gathered enough details, and have plans to work with. To help speed things up, we can then provide the client with a quoted figure, either verbally or via email within a few days depending on how busy we are. (This will Not be an estimate, but a Quote)
Once we know the client is interested we then will take the time to provide the client with a letter headed detailed quote. The whole process usually takes between 1 – 2 weeks from the site visit. If we were given the go ahead, we can then discuss a possible start date and the next steps.
For Peace of mind
Paul’s property services ltd, doesn’t ask for payments up front., However on the rare occasion it may be needed, the client will be invoiced before any payments were taken, which the proprietor will sign upon receipt. Once work commences, your project will be our main priority ensuring the project is completed within the set time scale.
